EXCHANGE POLICY
All exchanges must be made within 6 days of the e-mail confirming delivery.
Six September reserves the right to reject exchanges sent or communicated beyond the exchange period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
All exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items with a removed or hang tag are not eligible for exchange. Any items that are returned for exchange that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you.
Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the exchange.
A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Six September return address. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange.
